It can be helpful in increasing emotional awareness and understanding how different emotions are related to one another. Some people find it helpful to use the emotions wheel as a way of labeling and expressing their emotions, particularly if they have difficulty identifying and communicating their feelings.⁠

Hold onto these 5 statements as a basis for when you need to decline an offer. request, or invitation:⁠
🙅‍♀️ “I’m sorry, I can’t commit to that.”⁠
🙅‍♀️ “I appreciate the offer, but I’m going to have to decline.”⁠
